The article is devoted to the study of topical issues of training highly qualified personnel for the Republic of Uzbekistan. The socioeconomic reforms being carried out in Uzbekistan in recent years require the formation of a system of higher education that will ensure radical qualitative changes in society and sustainable development in the near future. Professional development of higher education institutions remains the most important issue.
