Abstract

The article discusses the ways of forming a teacher's innovative culture in the system of
lifelong education; it is substantiated that it is impossible to effectively develop the
educational process without the teacher's innovative culture. Innovation in education is
the foundation for improving the quality of education. Reforming education involves the
introduction of modern models of interaction between teachers and students for the
development of their personalities.
