INTERPRETATION OF HOUSEHOLD REALITIES IN TRANSLATIONS OF A. KADIRI'S NOVEL "DAYS GONE BY"

Abstract

The historical, cultural, as well as artistic and literary value and uniqueness of the novel
"The Days Gone" by Abdulla Qadiri make this work a masterpiece of Uzbek literature, as
well as an object of interest and research of many literary scholars and linguists. By
now, the novel has been translated into many languages of the world, in particular
Russian and English. The purpose of this article is to study and analyze the ways of
translating words-realities, as sources of background information, responsible for the
creation and transmission of the national and historical spirit of the work
