HISTORICAL OUTLINE OF FEMINISM IN BRITISH LITERATURE

Abstract

Feminism as a new political and social movement, lead to severe changes in the mindset
of thousands. At the same time, such huge development also influenced the world of
literature. Females not only as the characters, but also as an independent writers
appeared. There is given a short genesis of the feministic features that were the first
step towards new beginning in the literature.
