THE IMPORTANCE OF UNIFIED ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS IN THE PROCESS OF DEVELOPING DRAFT REGULATORY LEGAL ACTS

Abstract

This article analyzes the issues of creating the possibility of
simultaneously and promptly sending draft legal acts to all interested
ministries, departments, and local executive authorities for
consideration, approval (approval) using an electronic digital
signature, including for conducting their broad public and expert
discussion, as well as using a single electronic database in the
formation of information, analytical and statistical data.
