THE LEGAL STATUS OF THE INDIVIDUAL IN THE CONTEXT OF TRANSFORMATIONS OF THE STATE AND SOCIETY

Abstract

The relevance of the topic of this article is that the problem of
international protection of the rights of the individual has always
been and remains, to this day, the most relevant, since the
international protection of the rights of the individual is represented
by the legally fixed position of the individual in society. The article
also examines the formation of the principle of respect for human
rights, the development of which has a serious impact on the
narrowing of the framework of state sovereignty. All this determines
the relevance of the study of theoretical and practical aspects of the
international protection of individual rights, the study of its
elements, types and features in a state governed by the rule of law.
