The characteristics and quality of any product is determined by certain criteria. Thus, regardless of the area in which a product is produced, criteria are established that determine its characteristics and quality. The accuracy of the criteria allows one to give a complete characterization of the product. Therefore, the formation of criteria for determining the creative nature of intellectual and material products was in the center of attention of researchers. The article examines the criteria that determine the creative nature of the intellectual and material product.
