Abstract

A study was carried out on the composition of pumpkin fruits, as well as mashed potatoes from it at home, heated to 40C, where the content of trace elements was determined and it was found that mashed potatoes from pumpkin fruits are rich in trace elements, especially potassium and magnesium. The resulting puree is recommended for use in baby food
